How does someone present their experience, I guess let’s start with undeniable proof......

We have multiple collaborations in place with finance and property experts so we can bring any expert as and when required for any property strategy you can imagine. We have also built a network of over 50k people.

This is Dr Jack Dawhra….I came to The UK in feb 2000 with £300. Today we have over 100 units under management, over 65% of them freehold.

I started my journey by joining my family export business at the age of 14. At the age of 19, started working for someone else, changed about 20 jobs in 2 years. At age 21, started driving a cab and then started my own chauffeur company. Build that chauffeur company to 47 drivers and sold it in 2014. Have worked with 8 billionaires and over 100 millionaires thorough this business.

Started investing in BTL in 2003. Have worked on most strategies, buy, refurb, refinance, rent (BRRR), planning gain, developments, conversions, hotels and blocks.

I was asked how many deals do it do before I become a millionaire and I said only one right deal can take you there.

We still are investing and developing and testing multiple prop tech ideas to invest in too.

Our main focus now is to grow –

My name was recommended for an honorary doctorate at the Chicago Open University so have ‘Dr’ in my title now.
